Together we can look at your specific concerns, identify realistic steps, and build a plan that feels sensible and manageable—without being overwhelmed.  No doom and gloom, just sensible achievable advice.  Giving you clarity, confidence, and preparedness that fits your life.  And if I can't help you with a specific topic because it falls outside of my remit, I'll say so from the off.

We offer the following tiered structure for those that want calm, practical advice for those everyday disruptions — power cuts, bad weather, supply issues, unbiased kit suggestions or just peace of mind.

Terms of Service

Tier 1 - Free email support

If you’ve got a quick question, you’re welcome to get in touch.

  • Short, practical answers.

  • Up to 1–3 replies per person.

  • Ideal if you just need pointing in the right direction. 

Tier 2 - 30 minute 1-1 Telephone Consultation

30-minute call — £25

  • A quick, focused session (for example) to:

  • Check your current setup.

  • Get practical suggestions.

  • Clarify what actually matters (and what doesn’t).

  • Best for: quick questions or a second opinion.

Tier 3 - 60 minute 1-1 Telephone Consultation

60-minute call — £50

  • A more detailed session (for example) to:

  • Build a simple, realistic preparedness plan.

  • Talk through your situation (home, family, priorities).

  • Leave with clear, actionable next steps.

Plus:​  Written transcript or summary after the session.  (Emailed to you as a pdf within 2 working days).

Best for: starting from scratch or getting properly organised.

  • If you’d like something tailored to you, I can create:

  • Personalised kit lists

  • Household preparedness plans

  • Simple, step-by-step checklists
