My name is Allan (the ugly one, Lottie is the pretty one).  I live in SE England with my good lady and of course with Lottie Grotbags.

 

I've had an interest in Survival and Preparedness since the late 1970's at a time when the term "Prepper" hadn't been invented. 

 

The bug was caught when I was given a copy of "Survival for young people" by Anthony Greenbank in around 1978.  And YES! I still own the same book. 

 

The only other publication I own from my childhood being a copy of the New Testament from the Gideons that I received in my first year at secondary school.

I've been involved in UK Preparedness (Prepping), since the early 2000's.

​

Due to a lack of UK online resources at the time, I decided to change that and P2S (Prepared 2 Survive) was eventually born in 2009.

 

It's sole purpose was and still is:  To promote Disaster Preparedness and create a unique online community for like minded individuals.

​

Whilst we are primarily a UK based group, we welcome members from any country.

 

We also have a small (but growing) YouTube channel.  @p2snetwork
