		<description>It&#039;s not a matter of if, it&#039;s a matter of when.  The U.S. &quot;is&quot; on course for collapse.  Our own citizens have completely lost control of our government. It&#039;s much like a vehicle without a steering wheel, we know we will crash we just don&#039;t know where or how hard. Unfortunately, like the other traffic on the highway with the vehicle out of control, most countries around the world will also be impacted from the crash.

 I do have to disagree with the Russian professor.  Texas would never go to Mexico, and the Northern states like Montana or Idaho would never go to Canada.  As much as we care for and appreciate our friends to the north, our cultures and ideas are too different for those states to be absorbed by them.  I see more of a situation of the states becoming Nation States forming alliances with each other. This of course, after the smoke settles from the collapse.</description>
